Georgetown Learn and Serve Student selected as the WCPO
“Student of the Week”

Abby
Bergren, senior at Georgetown Jr.-Sr. High School, received
a very special honor this past week by being selected as the
WCPO “Student of the Week.” Abby’s academic
standing places her among the very best students at Georgetown
this year. She is a highly motivated individual and well-liked
by classmates, faculty and staff. Abby is constantly leading
by example and volunteers in a number of programs which contribute
to the school and the community. Abby is a member of many organizations,
the school band, National Honor Society and the Learn and Serve
Ohio program, just to name a few.
Abby Bergren was presented the WCPO ‘Student
of the Week” plaque by Mrs. Perianne Germann, Principal
of Georgetown Jr.-Sr. High School and was featured on the
local Channel 9 news.
